This Privacy Policy explains how Missed to Fixed ("we," "us," or "the Service") collects, uses, and shares information when you interact with a business that uses our missed-call recovery service. If you are reading this because you received a text message from a business after calling them and not reaching anyone, you are in the right place.

1. Who we are

Missed to Fixed is a software service that helps local US businesses (such as plumbers, HVAC contractors, electricians, salons, and real estate agents) automatically follow up with callers who could not be reached. When you call one of these businesses and no one answers, our system sends you a text message and may exchange a short series of text messages with you to capture the reason for your call so the business can return it.

2. Information we collect

When you call a business that uses the Service and the call is not answered, the Service may collect:

• Your phone number (provided by the carrier when you place the call).
• The date and time of your call.
• The phone number you dialed (the business's number).
• The content of any text messages you exchange with the Service in response to the missed-call notification.
• Information you choose to share in those messages, such as your name, a callback number, an address, and a description of what you need.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, credit card numbers, bank account information, or medical records, and we instruct our system never to ask for those. If you volunteer any of those by mistake, we will not store or use them.

3. How we use information

The information we collect is used only to:

• Send you a single automated reply after your missed call letting you know the business will get back to you.
• Conduct a short text conversation with you to capture the details of your inquiry.
• Forward a summary of your inquiry to the business owner so they can return your call.
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Comply with applicable law, carrier requirements (including A2P 10DLC compliance), and our own Terms of Service.

We do not use your information to send you marketing or promotional messages, and we do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Consent — how you opt in

By placing a call to a business that uses Missed to Fixed, you provide consent to receive a follow-up text message and to exchange messages with the Service about the call. This is the standard and legally recognized opt-in for missed-call recovery services. If a business has placed our number on signage, a website, or other marketing material as a direct contact point, the same applies.

You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL, or END to any message from the Service. You will receive no further messages from the Service for that business after sending one of those keywords. You may opt back in at any time by replying START.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program. When you call a business that uses Missed to Fixed and the call is not answered, you may receive an automated SMS reply and exchange a short series of text messages with the Service so the business can return your call.

Consent. Consent is described in Section 4 above. You may also reply START to opt back in after opting out.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction. Messages are conversational and are sent only in response to your own inquiry; no recurring or scheduled messages are sent.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out and help. Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL, or END) at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help and contact information.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information — including your phone number and the fact that you opted in to text messaging — is never sold and is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Sharing of information

We share information only as follows:

• With the business you called. The business owner receives a summary of your inquiry and the full transcript of your text conversation so they can return your call.
• With service providers we use. We use Twilio, Inc. for telephony and SMS delivery, a cloud database provider for storage, and an artificial-intelligence provider to generate replies. Each of these is contractually bound to handle information consistent with this policy.
• When required by law. We will disclose information if compelled by valid legal process or to protect the safety of any person.

We do not sell your information. Mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Retention

We retain conversation records for as long as needed to provide the Service to the business you contacted, and as required by carrier compliance rules. You may request deletion of records related to you by emailing the address below.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards (encryption in transit, encrypted storage, restricted access) to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of information about you. Contact us using the information below to exercise those rights.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above will be updated when we do.
